This is a pleasant 62 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office for post-bariatric body contouring. She had undergone a 100 pound weight loss following laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery and was dissatisfied with her appearance. We discussed breast contouring with subfascial augmentation and Galaform 3D, and abdominoplasty, and bilateral brachioplasties.
During her surgery, I placed Sientra moderate profile 425 cc smooth round silicone implants, Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold for lower pole reinforcement, and bilateral mastopexies. I performed an abdominoplasty, and then at a second procedure, she underwent bilateal brachioplasties for arm re-contouring. She is shown 4 months following her surgeries completely thrilled with her new body that she worked so hard for!
