This is a 52 year old female who presented to my office with complaints of back, neck and shoulder discomfort due to the weight of her breasts as well as laxity of the lower abdomen. I performed a full breast reduction with an anchor scar lift with removal of approximatelt 750 grams of tissue per side. Additionally she had an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the bra fat and flanks to further refine the lateral curve of the breast and to elongate her torso. The patient recovered well after surgery and was extremely happy with both her more youthful appearance and the full resolution of her back, neck and shoulder pain.
