Power Assisted Liposuction Case 372

The patient is a 48-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as drooping of the breasts. We discussed implants, however, the patient wished to avoid implants if possible due to her rigorous workout routine. As a result, I offered a breast lift and fat grafting as an alternative.  A vertical mastopexy as well as fat harvesting from the flanks was performed.  The fat was processed through the Revolve fat grafting system and 250cc of fat was injected into each breast. The patient was very happy with the improvement in her shape and fullness, and was able to resume her strenuous chest workouts after she healed.
