This pleasant 35 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the appearance of her somewhat tubular shaped and hypoplastic breasts. She wished for improved fullness in the upper poles of her breasts and also wanted to look more tapered in her abdomen and waistline. She underwent a bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 350 cc high profile smooth round silicone implants and power assisted liposuction of her abdomen and back. She is shown 2 months following her surgery.
