This pleasant 46 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen. She had gone on and off diets but could not achieve any success with these measures. She underwent an abdominoplasty and power-assisted liposuction of her back and flanks to achieve the look she was hoping for. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
