Power Assisted Liposuction Case 776

This patient is a 38-year-old female who presented to my Paradise Valley office with complaints of breast size larger than desired, which caused back, neck and shoulder issues, difficulty finding clothes that fit properly, and inhibited ability to exercise. The patient's left breast was also larger than the right. She also complained of excess fullness in the bra fat area bilaterally. I felt that bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the bra fat would give the patient the best overall results 

In surgery I performed an anchor scar pattern breast reduction with liposuction of the bra fat areas.  Due to her pre-existing asymmetry I removed 225 grams from the right breast and 340 from the left.  She was thrilled with her results and felt much more physically comfortable after her surgery.
