Power Assisted Liposuction Case 878

This patient is a 43-year-old female who presented to my office with desire for implant removal and concerns regarding breast drooping and excess fullness in the bra fat, flank, abdominal and medial thigh areas. I recommended implant removal under local anesthesia with second-stage revision to include a mastopexy and fat grafting of the breasts with fat harvest from the bra fat, flanks abdomen and thighs. 

Her implants were easily removed under local anesthesia and then less than two months later I performed a full breast lift with liposuction of the above mentioned areas.  After fat harvest and processing, approximately 120 cc of fat was then injected in the right breast and 110 cc in the left breast due to a mild asymmetry. She recovered quickly after surgery and was extremely happy with her improved appearance as well as with the fact that she was all natural and no longer needed to think about implant maintenance.
