Breast Augmentation Case 117

This 19-year-old young woman from the Scottsdale area met with me in my medical office near Paradise Valley for advice about her options for a breast augmentation procedure near Phoenix. Like most of my patients, she felt it was very important to achieve a shape that would not only look fuller, but also maintain a very natural appearance that would balance well with her figure. After I assessed her shape and her needs carefully, we agreed on a surgical plan to meet her sizing goals and also address the minor asymmetry I had noted in her physical examination.

I recommended silicone implants to be placed beneath the chest muscle and inserted through the areola to achieve the most natural-looking results for this woman's body. As her "before" photo shows, before her procedure she was showing some asymmetry , so during her procedure I inserted Mentor smooth, round moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants, with a 300cc implant on the left and a 325cc implant on the right.

About six weeks after her breast plastic surgery procedure near Phoenix, she met with me again for a follow-up appointment and said that she was extremely happy with how natural her breasts looked and how much these changes had improved her shape. The smooth, round contours of her new breasts flatter her body beautifully, and as her postoperative photos show, her breasts are now much more symmetrical in position and volume.
