This patient is a 31 year old female from the greater Phoenix, Arizona area who presented to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with complaints of deflated appearing breasts after childbirth. The patient wished to have natural, fuller breasts in the large C-cup range.
I felt that this patient would be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation using silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the most natural appearance. In the operating room, I tried multiple sizers and felt that 375cc high profile Mentor cohesive silicone gel implants gave the patient the best overall appearance.
The patient recovered nicely and is extremely happy with her new breast appearance.
