This is a 25 year old patient who had an initial breast augmentation in 2013. After surgery she looked great overall, however due to thin tissues she noticed a mild amount of rippling in the breast cleavage area. As a result, I recommended a secondary stage of fat grafting to the upper and middle breasts with fat harvested from her flanks.
In surgery, using the Revolve system, I harvested and purified fat from the flanks and re-infused 155cc into the right breast and 170cc into the left. This completely corrected her rippling and the overall result was an excellent improvement from her preoperative appearance.
