This patient is a 28-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size being smaller than desired. I felt the patient would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation with textured anatomical implants. Preoperative sizing indicated the patient wished to be approximately 275-310 cc and I explained that this was the appropriate range given that she had a very narrow base width diameter to her chest.
During surgery I placed Sientra 275cc textured, classic anatomical, moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. The patient recovered nicely after surgery and was extremely pleased with her full, natural appearance.
