This patient is a 36-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt a bilateral breast augmentation would give the patient the best overall results. Given that her left breast was larger than the right, I felt a 400-450cc combination was most likely.
During surgery I placed Sientra textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscles via inframammary incisions. On the left side, the implant was 400 cc and on the right side, the implant was 450 cc. She recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved appearance.
