This pleasant 31 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with her A cup breasts. She requested enhancement and wished for a B/C cup postoperatively. She is shown 10 months following bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and 275 cc moderate projection anatomical silicone gel implants.
