This pleasant 49 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with her small and droopy appearing breasts. She wanted to go from a small B cup to a full C/small D cup. She wanted to look somewhat natural but augmented. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh for lower pole reinforcement and 375 cc high profile anatomically shaped silicone gel implants. She is shown 1 year following her surgery.
