This 46 year female presented to my office requesting breast enhancement. She was dissatisfied with her small B cup breasts and requested to be a D cup postoperatively. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh for lower pole reinforcement and high profile 450 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 1 year following her surgery.
