This 48 year old female presented to my office requesting a "natural" breast augmentation. She did not wish to look "fake" or "augmented." She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D lower pole mesh reinforcement and placement of 325 cc moderate projection anatomically shaped silicone gel implants. She is shown 1 year following her surgery.
