Breast Augmentation Case 615

This pleasant 45 year old female presented to my office for a breast augmentation. She had undergone significant deflation of her breasts following breast feeding and wanted an improved aesthetic breast contour. She wanted to go from a deflated A cup to a full C cup. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and full projection 375 cc anatomically shaped silicone gel implants. She was offered circumareolar mastopexies for improved nipple positioning but did not want the associated scars. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
