This plesant 43 year female presented to my office dissatisfied wiht her A cup breasts. She wished for more projection and increased upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and high profile 350 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surghery.
