This is a pleasant 35 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office requesting a Mommy Makeover. She had gone through several pregnancies and had breast fed. She wanted to reverse the effects of weight fluctuations and child-rearing. A subfascial breast augmentation with mastopexy as well as an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks was recommended.
During her surgery, I performed her breast augmentation and used 510 cc Sientra smooth round silicone gel implants on both sides followed by mastopexies. I then performed the abdominoplasty and liposuction.
She is incredibly pleased with her results and at only 6 weeks following her surgery, her scars will continue to fade and become flesh tone.
