This is a pleasant 25 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts. She had nursed 3 beautiful children and now it was her turn- she felt that her breast were "deflated" and unattractive. She wanted to be "full" but also natural and was happy being a D cup postoperatively. She was an avid exerciser and did not want any postoperative hyperanimation. I recommended a subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold reinforcement, a.k.a. the "SIGA-LIFT."
During her surgery I placed multiple sizers into the pocket before choosing her implants in order to get her as perfect as I could. In the end, I placed Sientra HSC+ Moderate profile 470 cc on the right and 440 cc on the left. She could not be any happier with her gorgeous outcome! She is shown following her surgery, feeling renewed and rocking her new look.
