Breast Augmentation Case 802

This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having smaller breasts than desired. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. 

During surgery I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus prifile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast vrease incisions.  She recovered well and was very happy with her fuller breasts.
