The patient is a 27 year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breasts which were smaller than desired. The patient also has excess fullness in the bra fat area which bothered her in her sports bras. I recommended breast augmentation with liposuction of the bra fat for the best results.
During surgery I placed Sientra 355-cc smooth round moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle via a breast crease incision. I also performed liposuction of the bra fat to improve the lateral breast contours.
This patient recovered quickly and was very happy with her fuller but natural breast appearance.
