This is a lovely 30 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office, requesting a SIGALIFT (subfascial augmentation). She requested a natural appearance and wanted minimal downtime. After a long discussion regarding options, I recommended a subfascial augmentation with smooth round Sientra implants in the 300-350cc range. She also would require circumareolar mastopexies for appropriate nipple position.
During her surgery, I tried on multiple sizers in each pocket and eventually placed Sientra moderate profile HSC+ 335cc smooth round silicone breast implants and supported her pockets with Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh to ensure a long lasting cosmetic result.
She is absolutely thrilled with her outcome and loves her new look. She is shown 8 weeks following her surgery with beautiful cleavage and excellent upper pole fullness. She is beyond ecstatic with her SIGALIFT!
