This 25 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts. The patient was thin framed and had asymmetry of her breasts. She wanted to look more full and shapely. During her consultation, we discussed a classic dual plane breast augmentation given her lack of soft tissue. We also discussed using different sized implants to correct for her asymmetry.
During her surgery, I created customized pockets under her pec muscles and placed numerous sizers to achieve balance. I ended up using a Sientra 320cc moderate profile HSC smooth round silicone implant on the right and a 270cc implant on the left.
She is shown 8 weeks following her surgery with beautiful cleavage and upper pole fullness. She has regained symmetry and feels much more confident with her appearance.
