This patient is a 41-year-old female who had previously undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon. There were saline implants in the subglandular plane. She has very unnatural appearance with severe drooping.
During surgery I performed bilateral complete capsulectomies with implant shell removal, inverted T-scar mastopexies, power-assisted liposuction of lateral chest, flanks and medial thighs, and fat grafting to breasts bilaterally.
A total of 220 cc of fat was injected into the medial and upper pole of each breast. The patient recovered quickly and was extremely happy with her perkier, more natural, implant-free breasts.
