Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Implants Case 797

This pleasant 26 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office feeling extremely bad about her breasts. She stated that after breast feeding and multiple pregnancies, her breasts had deflated and become quite droopy. She desperately wanted them lifted and augmented to improve the overall aesthetics of her breasts. We discussed performing subfascial breast augmentation with smooth round silicone implants, placement of Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold, and mastopexies for an overall breast reshaping. In other words, she was a great candidate for the "SIGALIFT."

During her surgery I placed 350 cc Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ smooth round silicone gel implants into her subfascial pockets and supported her lower poles with Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold. Then, I performed mastopexies to lift her breasts back up to where they belonged- back onto her chest wall.

She did so well following her surgery and is shown 6 weks after surgery. She loves her new look and her incisions have healed beautifully!
