Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Implants Case 805

This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as mild breast drooping and laxity of the abdominal wall after pregnancy. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexies, full abdominoplasty with fascial plication and power-assisted liposuction of the flanks would give her the best results.

During surgery I placed Sientra 415cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles through a breast crease incision.  I also performed circumareolar mastopexies to tighten the loose breast skin around the areolas.  Finally, I performed a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening and power assisted liposuction of the flanks to tighten and flatten her abdomen and to reshape her torso.

This patient healed nicely after surgery and was very happy with her fuller, perkier breasts and the natural, athletic and rejuvenated appearance of her body.
