This is an incredible 19-year-old female presented with severe congenital breast asymmetry. With profound right-sided tubular deformation and left-sided hypermastia. We discussed multiple options, left and right-sided subfacial symmetry and balance. During her surgery I performed a left-side reduction first and matched the right side as close as possible with 190cc Sientra moderate and GalaFLEX. She is so extremely pleased with her symmetry and shape and states, “she is now comfortable wearing form fitting clothing without hiding her breast.” She is shown 6 months following surgery with an absolutely amazing result!
