Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 177

This patient is a 32 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with interest in breast augmentation and breast lift surgery.  She had lost significant shape and volume after having children, and wished to regain a fuller, perkier look.

I felt that this patient would benefit from silicone breast augmentation with implants placed under the muscle for the most natural contour.  I also explained that she would need a full anchor scar breast lift to tighten and lift her breasts.

In surgery, I placed Mentor 375cc smooth, round, high profile cohesive silicone gel implants under her chest muscles and then tightened her breast skin around the implants using an anchor scar lift pattern.  This combination of surgery competely reshaped and improved her breast appearance.

After surgery, the patient was extremely happy with her results and she and her husband were particularly pleased with the full, perky, but natural shape of her breasts.
