Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 415

This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She also had moderate breast ptosis (drooping) and I felt a bilateral breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexies would give the patient the best overall results.

In surgery, I placed Allergan Natrelle Inspira smooth round full profile 415 cc cohesive silicone gel implants.  I also performed a circumareolar mastopexy to tighten the skin and improve the nipple positions.  She recovered very nicely and was extremely happy with the fuller, more youthful appearance of her breasts.
