Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 466

This patient is a 31-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of drooping and breasts, which were smaller than see desired. The patient also had excess elasticity of the abdominal wall and excess fat in the bra fat, flanks and lateral thighs. I felt that performing a bilateral mastopexy with fat grafting, a full abdominoplasty and power-assisted liposuction of the bra fat, flanks and lateral thighs would give the patient the best overall results.

Approximately 200 cc of fat was injected into the left breast and 230 cc in the right breast due to preoperative asymmetry. The majority of the fat was injected into the superior and medial portion of the breasts. With the fat grafting completed, the patient's breasts were noted to have excellent improvement in shape and size.
