Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 495

This patient is a 28-year-old female who presented to my medical office with complaints of tuberous breasts. Preoperative sizing indicated that the patient wished to be approximately 450 cc larger and I felt that a circumareolar mastopexy would give the patient dramatic improvement in the overall shape of the breasts and the size of the areolas.  During surgery I placed Sientra 455-cc smooth round moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants and performed circumareolar mastopexies with lower pole tissue scoring in order to allow expansion of the lower breasts.  The patient recovered quickly and was very happy with the rounder shape and improved proportion of her breasts.
