This pleasant 49 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the position of her breasts following breast feeding. She requested a breast lift for proper repositioning and improved shaping of her breasts. She had sufficient volume from her own tissues and did not require a breast implant. She is shown 5 months following her surgery.
