This pleasant 37 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. After breast feeding and child rearing, her breasts had deflated and she wanted a more full and yet proportionate outcome. Being an exercise enthusiast, I recommended a subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform bioresorbable scaffold, a.k.a., the "SIGA-LIFT." She also would require circumareolar mastopexies to help contour her skin and place her nipple areola complexes in the proper location.
During her surgery, I dissected the subfascial pocket, created an "internal bra" with Galaform, and ultimately placed Sientra 470 cc High Profile HSC+ smooth round silicone gel implants. She could not be any happier with her results and it is important to realize that she is shown here ONLY 1 WEEK following her surgery! The subfascial technique is so minimally invasive that even at 1 week, patients tytpically look amazing! Stay tuned to see her result in 2 months!!!
