Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 807

This patient is a 62-year-old female who presented to my  office with complaints of breasts which were too droopy, asymmetrical and smaller than she would like. She also had abdominal skin looseness with contour issues and excess fat of flanks and medial and lateral thighs. I recommended a mommy makeover with a breast lift and fat grafting (no implants) as well as a full tummy tuck, and liposuction of the love handles, inner and outer thighs (both for contouring and for fat harvest for fat grafting).

During surgery I performed mastopexies with a small amount of tissue reduction on the left, a full abdominoplasty with fascial plication (abdominal muscle tightening), power-assisted liposuction of the flanks, medial and lateral thighs and PureGraft fat grafting to the breasts bilaterally.

After surgery she recovered nicely, and was very happy with her perkier, more symmetrical and youthful breasts, her flatter and smoother abdomen, and her slimmer flanks and thighs.
