The patient is a 35-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts which were too large and droopy. She had issues with back and neck discomfort due to the size of her breasts. I felt that bilateral breast reduction would give the patient the best overall results. In surgery, I reduced the breasts by approximately 240 grams on each side. The patient recovered well and was very happy with her lighter, perkier breasts and was even happier with the resolution of her neck and back pain.
