The patient is a 35-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having breasts which were too large and droopy. She had issues with back and neck discomfort due to the size of her breasts. I felt that bilateral breast reduction would give the patient the best overall results.
In surgery I performed an anchor scar breast reduction and I removed approximately 250 grams per side. After surgery this patient recovered quickly and she was very happy with her new apperance and with the resolution of her back and neck issues.
