Breast Reduction Case 780

This patient is a 66-year-old female who presented to my Paradise Valley office with complaints of symptomatic macromastia (pain from large breasts), which included back, neck and shoulder issues due to large, pendulous breasts. I felt that a breast reduction with inverted T-scar mastopexy would give the patient the best overall results and would give her a significant improvement in her symptoms. The patient also had significant abdominal elastosis with excess fullness in the flanks and I felt that a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks would give her the best result as well.

In surgery I performed a breast reduction with a full tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks. She recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved appearance as well as with the resolution of her back and neck issues.
