This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of back, neck and shoulder issues due to heavy, pendulous breasts. I felt that breast reduction would give the patient significant improvement in her physical symptoms as well as in her breast aesthetics.
In surgery, I performed an anchor scar breast reduction with approximately 470 grams removed per side. After surgery, she recovered nicely and was extremely happy with her lighter, perkier, more comfortable breasts.
