This patient is a 22 year old female who came to see me due to back, neck and shoulder pain due to the size and overhang of her breasts. She wished to be more in the B cup range. I felt a breast reduction would halp her physical and aesthetic goals. In surgery I performed an anchor scar breast reduction with 329 grams of tissue removed from the right and 394 grams from the left. After surgery she recovered quickly and she was extremely happy with her new appearance and the resolution of her discomfort.
