This patient is a 52-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as ptosis (drooping), laxity of the abdomen, and extra fat of the flanks and outer thighs. She preferred to avoid implants.
I recommended a "Mommy Makeover" with a breast lift, full tummy tuck, liposuction of the flanks and thighs, and fat grafting to the breasts to improve fullness. During surgery, I performed these procedures and grafted approximately 155cc of fat on the right side and 125cc on the left due to asymmetry.
The patient recovered well and was extremely happy with her improved, natural appearance, and the fact that she was able to achieve full breasts without implants.
