The patient is a 28-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts which were too droopy and asymmetrical. I felt that the patient had a variation of tuberous breasts and due to her wide chest, weak tissues and desire to not be excessively large, I felt that fat grafting would be a better option than implants. I performed a breast lift with fat grafting to the breasts from the flanks and abdomen. Approximately 200cc of fat was grafted per side. The patient recovered nicely and was very pleased with her perky and youthful new shape.
