This patient is a 50 year female with interest in minor breast revision surgery as well as an abdominoplasty. During surgery I performed a left circumareolar mastopexy, bilateral inverted nipple corrections and a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the bra fat, flanks and abdomen. Approximately 140cc of fat grafting was performed per breast using the Puregraft fat grafting system. The patient recovered well and was very happy with her improved appearance.
