This patient is a 24-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having breast sizes smaller than desired. She also had excess fullness in the bra fat with the left side being worse than the right. Finally, wished to have a correction of her inverted nipples. We had a long discussion with regards to the inverted nipple correction as this would prevent her from being able to breast-feed. However, the patient did not plan on having kids in the future so breast-feeding was not an issue for her.
During surgery I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants. I also performed liposuction of the bra fat and inverted nipple corrections.
After surgery, she recovered quickly and was very happy with her fuller breast size, normal appearing nipples, and improved chest contours.
