This patient is a 39-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of excess volume and drooping of the breasts as well as laxity of the abdomen and excess fullness in the bra fat, flanks and medial thighs. She also had excess nipple projection bilaterally. We decided that the best option would be to perform a very small breast reduction with an anchor scar lift, a nipple reduction, liposuction of the bra fat, flanks, and medial thighs as well as an abdominoplasty. In surgery I performed all of these procedures and removed approximately 170 grams from each breast. She recovered well and was very happy with the more youthful and athletic appearance of her breasts and body.
