This is a 36 year old female who presented to my office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts. She wore a B cup bra and after child rearing noted significant deflation. I suggested a Sigalift subfascial breast augmentation and thought that implants in the 350-400cc range would give her the full C cup that she was requesting. During her surgery, I created a subfascial pocket, placed Sientra 385cc and 415cc Moderate Profile Plus smooth round silicone gel implants and supported her lower poles with Galaflex to support her lower poles. She is shown 6 months following her surgery loving her new full figured look yet maintaining a natural and proportionate result which was her wish.
