This pleasant 38 year old female presented to my office with 12 year old saline implants. She stated that she wished more volume and upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral capsular revision with placement of 425 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months followoing her surgery.
