This is a lovely 45 year old female who was operated on several times previsouly by a different surgeon with a number of failed attempted repairs. She was specifically referred to me by another plastic surgeon for my expertise in complicated breast revisions.
Because of numerous failed repairs in the submuscular position, I performed a dual plane to subfascial site change and wrapped her new implants with GALAFLEX mesh to ensure a long lasting result. I ended up using Allergan Moderate Profile Smooth Round Silicone Gel Breast Implants for an overall natural result.
She is shown 12 weeks following her breast revision and she stated that this was the breast that her breasts have ever looked in 20 years! She is exceptionally thrilled with her aesthetic outcome and we are both confident that this result will last for many years.
