Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation Case 749

This is a 26 year old female who visited me in my Scottsdale office looking to achieve both breast enhancement as well as correction of her asymmetry. She was interested in my subfascial breast augmentation due to the fact that she worked out and exercised all of the time and wanted to return to this quickly following her surgery. Unlike with with submuscular augmentations,  she relished in the fact that she would soon be able to return to unrestricted chest exercises as well as experience a recovery with less pain, less need for narcotics, and overall return to normal function in half the time.

During her surgery, I felt that her symmetry would be improved using different sized implants. On the right breast,  she underwent placement of a 355 cc Sientra Moderate Plus highly cohesive smooth round silicone gel implant, and on the left breast, she underwent placement of a Sientra 415 cc Moderate Profile Plus highly cohesive smooth round silicone gel implant. Both implants were supported with a piece of Galaform 3D bioresorbable mesh for a longer lasting and ripple-free result. She is shown following her surgery, feeling more balanced and enhanced at the same time.
