This is pleasant 27 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office requesting a natural and beautiful breast augmentation. She specifically requested anatomical implants for their extremely natural teardrop appearance and also came to me because of my subfascial augmentation with Galaform, AKA, the SIGALIFT. We decided that use of anatomically shaped implants combined with subfascial implant placement and lower pole support with Galaform 3D would give her the result she was looking for.
During her surgery, I created the pockets below the pectoralis fascia, inset the Galaform, and used several sizers until I ultimately placed Sientra HSC+ classic base 310 cc anatomically shaped moderate projection implants.
She is shown before as well as 2 months following her surgery. She is so happy with her new look and says that her breasts are EXACTLY what she was hoping for! The SIGALIFT gave her the natural augmentation she was looking to achieve.
